MiniJumbuk contributes to Dollars 4 Doonas Community Project

Naracoorte's wool bedding manufacturing company MiniJumbuk has create the bedding packages that will be sent to South Australia fire victims. The quilt has a unique stitching pattern that was specially designed for the project with a koala sitting amongst gum leaves, the Koala has become an iconic symbol for bush fires which swept through Australia's 2019/20 summer.

MiniJumbuk Managing Director, Darren Turner, says the fundraiser is a wonderful way for the community to come together and show their support for families who have lost their homes.

For every $50 raised - MiniJumbuk has donated a locally made wool bedding package (valued at $350) - consisting of a quality wool quilt and two pillows. Local freight company Alldmacs kindly donated their freight services to Adelaide for the bedding packs to be delivered to Kangaroo Island, Adelaide Hills and Yorke Peninsula.

The entire MiniJumbuk team were thrilled to be part of the project and help fellow South Australian's in need. Everyone was touched by the kind messages and drawings our local schools created for the packaging.
